::::If they aren't watching the recent changes - they aren't right for the position. I think I gave them enough time, though feel free to state otherwise and I'll reconsider. I don't really want people to rely on the wiki for communication, as if there is an issue having the means of communication on the problematic system is a bit silly. You can include the EmailUser link as well, if you want. -- [[User:EvilSeph|EvilSeph]] 13:45, 4 February 2011 (EST) |

:::::Perhaps they weren't watching for changes by you, but maybe an email/forum message and a couple more days should be good. The EmailUser link seems to work fine, having tested it (sending myself an email, sending another user an email, recieving etc.). I have also subscribed to an RSS feed of the recent changes, so that I always get a message when a change has been made, so that I can look and see if it needs any work, not much so far, but it has definitely been useful. I would only rather use the EmailUser link as I do not use the forums that much (as I said before) but if you'd rather have forum links it can stay as it too sends me an email. -- [[User:Chrisward|Chris Ward]] - BukkitWiki Volunteer Admin 16:55, 4 February 2011 (EST) |

RE: Nominated candidates for a Volunteer Wiki Admin position
I will contact you as asked on the forums. My username is also chrisward on there. -- Chris Ward 16:31, 31 January 2011 (MST)
- Awesome, thanks for following the procedure appropriately and promptly. I can tell you have some experience with wikis. Welcome aboard! -- EvilSeph 17:58, 31 January 2011 (MST)
- Thanks, I used to run a wiki for the fun of it. May I recommend that you send emails to the users on the list through the Special:EmailUser page, or posting it on their talk pages? Chris Ward 18:01, 31 January 2011 (MST)
- Can I also have a link to Special:EmailUser/chrisward instead of the link to the forums, as I do not use the forums that much -- Chris Ward - BukkitWiki Volunteer Admin 04:38, 4 February 2011 (EST)
